At Naturaal, we are committed to providing high-quality natural and authentic products to our customers across India. Due to the consumable and hygiene-sensitive nature of our products, we maintain a transparent and fair refund & return policy.
Return Policy
Most of our products, including honey, ghee, spices, dry fruits, and other consumable items, are non-returnable once delivered.
We do not accept returns for:
- Opened or used products
- Change of mind after delivery
- Taste or personal preference issues
- Minor packaging variations
- Orders placed incorrectly by customers
Replacement & Refund Eligibility
A replacement or refund may be considered only in the following situations:
- Wrong product delivered
- Product damaged during delivery
- Leaked or broken packaging
- Missing item in the package
To request a refund or replacement, customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Proof Requirement
For verification purposes, customers must provide:
- Order ID
- Clear photos/videos of the package and product
- Proper description of the issue
Without valid proof, refund or replacement requests may not be approved.
Refund Process
If a refund request is approved:
- Refunds are processed to the original payment method
- Processing time may take 5–10 business days depending on the payment provider or bank
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds may be processed through bank transfer or UPI.
Cancellation Policy
Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch.
Once the order has been shipped, cancellation requests may not be accepted.
Delivery Delays
Naturaal is not responsible for delivery delays caused by:
- Courier partner issues
- Weather conditions
- Public holidays
- Remote location delivery limitations
However, we always try our best to ensure timely delivery.
